Refund Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Contact us within 3 days of product purchase, and the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The gemstone must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Custom or personalized gemstones
Items purchased on clearance or as part of a final sale
Damaged items due to misuse or improper care
Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 3 days of purchase at (email id /phone number) with your order number and reason for return.
If approved, we will provide a return authorization and instructions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
